I am already maintaining for two big houses in SantaVittoria. I charge 250,00 euro per month for a yearly contract.

My services include:

  • House checks twice per month
  • Collecting the mail
  • Making payments
  • The gardener and or the swimming pool man, the cleaner

I will be your agent here for any other needs including renting ;this will include organizing everything for the rending.

If you intend to take Holiday Rental I also offer to be local agent. I charge for this service 5% of the rental fee.
